My Live meeting not showing on admin meeting tab

I am using zoom education plan for my students.

I have more than 50 user accounts within my admin acocunt (eshikhon@gmail.com).

most of the time I can't see my live user meeting from my admin account.

Like right now I have 3 meeting running but when I go to ..account/metrics/livemeetings (see screenshot : http://prntscr.com/1u7epg3 )

It showing 0.

Sometime there were more than 15 live meetings but on account/metrics/livemeetings menu I only see 5/6 live meetings.

Do you now for sure the Meetings you are expecting to see all have active Participants at the time you are checking?

And do you see the Meetings you are missing anywhere else in the Dashboard - like under Past Meetings?
