Mac M1 - Zoom Application Crashes on startup

I've installed, removed, rebooted, re-installed about 10 times to no avail. Zoom application does not want to launch on an Apple M1 running latest OS (Ventura 13.3).

 

Forced to use web interface.

 

Crash report screenshot attached.

 

Please help.

    Just to confirm that you downloaded the Apple Silicon installer at https://zoom.us/client/5.14.0.16775/zoomusInstallerFull.pkg?archType=arm64

     


    If you're still having issues, then you might consider using the full uninstaller from Zoom called CleanZoom.

    Thanks for that additional info.

     

    1) I've only tried to install using the download specifically for Apple Silicon - doesn't work.

    2) The CleanZoom zip file you shared is an EXE file (ie Windows) - also won't be of much help.

     

    Is there a Mac specific CleanZoom utility?
