Mac Desktop Unable to connect

Hi all - 

 

I recently have not been able to connect on Mac via the desktop app.  I can use my phone and iPad apps.  But not the desktop.  Has anyone had any issues like this?

    Do you have the latest Zoom App installed on the MAC. Please try:

    If Zoom gets stuck on “Connecting…”, check your network settings. Then, make sure the app can access your mic and camera. Additionally, disable your antivirus, firewall, and VPN and close all the other apps that might be using your Mac's camera and microphone. If the issue persists, reinstall a fresh copy of the Zoom
