Laptop camera is on but only shows a black screen with Zoom but works fine with Chat and Teams

The camera has the light next to it so I know it is on but only shows a black screen.  It works fine with Google Chat and Microsoft Teams.  It worked fine until about 6 weeks ago.

    Hi and thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! I worked through this recently, very similar scenario and ultimately for them a reboot fixed the issue. But I thought to include the thread here for your review
