Joining a meeting

Once I have sent the invite, people are opening and trying to join the meeting but are getting asked to sign in with email and password...…..which email and password are they supposed to be using? Thank you. Tracy

    StThomas,

     

    It seems like you may have required authentication on this particular meetings, which will ask the attendees to sign in with their Zoom username and password. If you'd like to change this, take a look at your meeting settings and turn off authentication in favor of a different security control like passcode or waiting room. Requiring Authentication to Join a Zoom Meeting
