Incorrect scheduled time of meeting

Hi There,

 

My clients are continuously informing me that the scheduled time of our meeting (which I send through) does not end up being the time we scheduled on their end. It could be a day or two later and the time is different.

 

Any suggestions on how to manage this issue?

Just a few questions.
How are you scheduling the meetings? Via a calendar/ICS/App
How are you send the invites across? GCal/Outlook ect.

If you could include any details around the process you take to make and send an invite that would be really helpful in solving this for you!

I'm scheduling the meetings and sending the invites out to my clients via Outlook calendar. Is this the issue?

I sent out a Zoom meeting invitation yesterday from Outlook and had a similar problem.  The Outlook Calendar showed the correct time of the meeting, but in Zoom, it showed the meeting as occurring 4 and 1/2 hours earlier.

Super frustrating for everyone involved isn't it.. Now we just need Dustin to respond!? 6 weeks since his last message, come on mate!

Did anyone figure out a resolution for this issue?  I scheduled several meetings this morning and all had the incorrect date and time.  Zoom what is the issue???
