I removed my teammate from breakout rooms, now he can't connect again

A new member of my team was unable to exit the meeting. so I removed her from the meeting now she couldn't login using that id and it states "you are unable to join this meeting because previously the host removed you from this meeting"

 

 

What should I do

In summary, you will need to restart the meeting in order for the removed participant to rejoin the meeting.
