I have problems with video and audio about 40mins into my zoom meeting

I use zoom only for my yoga classes working with Brio 4KPro Webcam. I have a licence but my users use a free account. My class is one hour long but every time after 40mins usually, I start to experience problems with pictures freezing and sound becoming grabled. Sometimes the users videos become blank although they are connected. This is very frustrating. I use zoom on a notebook and have a connection to a TV so that I can get a bigger picture. My notebook is clean and doesn't have any other apps except what it came with and zoom of course.

I have checked my wifi connections with Sky and have boosters upstairs where I conduct my class. I believe any issues with wifi have been solved. The problem appears to be with my zoom account.
