I can't see a recurring meeting's registrants that my colleague created and I'm the co-host

We have two Zoom licenses.

My colleague, the first licensed user, has created a recurring weekly meeting.

I would like to be able to see the registrations coming in since I'm the co-host.

How do we have to be configured for me to be able to see meetings that she set up before we start the meeting?

Right now, I only see the scheduled meetings that I've directly scheduled. I can't see any of her meetings.

Is there some flag she has to set on my user account that gives me access to see her, the main, list of meetings?

Was my user license not established correctly to indicate that it's ok for me to see these meetings?

Thanks.

It has to be enable by the account admin. It sounds like  account hasn't turned it on?

I have the same question. Also wondering how a co-host can pull a registration report for a meeting they did not create

Hello,

Using the scheduling privilege allows others to access cloud recordings and meeting reports for those you are a delegate for.

Prerequisites for using scheduling privilege
Both users must be Licensed or On-Prem
Both users must be on the same account, or linked master/sub accounts
Scheduling privilege enabled on the account by an admin
For webinars, both users must have the webinar add-on

@Frank_TB I would if I could see the button. Perhaps that option is reserved for the person that originally posted. Thanks again though!
