Hi,

 

I have deleted a very important cloud recording from my account and also trash. But now I need to recover it. But how can do that?

    My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! If you are a member of a Zoom org, you can reach out to your Zoom Administrator, and they can restore the deleted recording from their recording management tab in the admin portal.

      Hello 
      Please explain me in detail if i already have my own id and i delete  videos from cloud and also trash so how can i recover please tell me

      how can i recover from the trash in a group not one at a time and save the actuall recording to a folder?
