How can participants invite others to a scheduled meeting?


I have an upcoming scheduled meeting. My participants are allowed to invite others. I have a few participants that would like to invite individuals by adding their email addresses to the meeting invite as opposed to forwarding the meeting invite details. A participant cites that she is not able to add any email addresses to the meeting invite. How can my participants invite others to the scheduled meetings in advance by way of email?

Where exactly is this invitation that they're attempting to add addresses to? I'm guessing it's in an Outlook email that they have received... but might be something else.  Please elaborate!
