Having trouble getting zoom to start on my computer

I can start a meeting on my computer and no one can access it.  If I start the meeting on my iphone it is accessible.  What is the problem?

I would first look to confirm that the same Zoom account is being used when starting a meeting both on your desktop and iPhone. Just to make sure it is an apples-to-apples comparison.

Then, what is the user experience when you say "no one can access it". What are they seeing when they try to connect? That would be helpful so we can possibly provide some more helpful feedback.

Can your iPhone connect to the meeting that you started on your desktop?
Can your desktop connect to the meeting that you started on your iPhone?
