Have new computer. Can I keep the original Zoom ID?

When I open a Zoom meeting on new computer, it says to participants that  I'm in another meeting. I've signed out on old computer, but it still does not work... What to do?

    I've zoomed on the old PC for over two years...How can I resume or what do I have to

     

    do to resume this activity on this new PC?

    I have no experience in this field as I have been using the same laptop for 9 years. But if you ask this to a Zoom Moderator he/she should solve the problem.
