Has anyone succesfully recovered a recording that appears only partially recorded?

I did a 4hr paid call today (replay included in the payment) and only 48 min of it was recorded. I recorded to the cloud 😭

    Hey @helloxani can you confirm whether or not as the host if you initiated to start the recording when starting your meeting? Zoom Support maybe able to look further detail into your recording by starting a ticket at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
