    I HAVE A PRO ACCOUNT WHICH ONLY HAS A STANDARD VIDEO INPUT. I WANT TO UPGRADE IT INTO 720 HD

    I totally understand that Group HD video 720p for the Pro account must be enabled by Zoom Support.

    Kindly reach out to Zoom support through chat or email to request to activate the Group HD 720p. I cannot be activated through this Zoom community.

    If you have a Pro account, then you can definitely request to enable the Group HD 720p on your account

    Group HD video 720p for the Pro account must be enabled by Zoom Support.
