Google Calendar and Zoom Meeting Updates Changes

I am trying to better understand the integration with Google Calendar and Zoom.  The challenges are:

1. When I update calendar invite, email is sent to all invitees.

2. Invites are not always removed from other people's calendars.

3. Sometimes I get two emails when a user has accepted their invite.

4. I received a permission to file error when attempting to add a new invitee (video created with zoom not able to attach).

 

Do you have training video on how to integrate google calendar and zoom?  Is the option available to use Outlook with gmail account, and integrate zoom in that calendar instead?
