Failed to convert recording: there is another recording coonversion in progress
I clicked end meeting before stopping my recording and I can't convert the file. I never saw the "converting" dialogue box.
I see the 711 MB file but it says double_click_to_convert_02.zoom
When I double click, nothing happens. I went back to the meetings/recorded tab and when I click convert, it says there is another recording in progress. It's been over 20 minutes and I don't see any signs of recording or converted files.
I tried opening a dummy recording and moved the old file into the new recording before ending call, but same thing.
Any other suggestions?
