Error 1142

This meeting is not accessible from India at this time

 

I have checked the meeting owners account and there is no restrictions turned on for countries and India isn't in the blocked list

I have verifies the student is located in India and has a current version or the client and are not using a VPN service

 

Anyone experiencing similar issues?

    Hey @stevenjack, I see there was a ticket open that was resolved because of your meeting restrictions that only users from the United Kingdom can join.

    Yes and up to now have not resolved the problem.
