MY EMAIL IS NOT WORKING, I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ZOOM BECAUSE ZOOM IS SENDING A VERIFICATION CODE AND I CANT ACCESS IT.

 

HOW DO I LOGIN TO ZOOM?

If you no longer have access to the email address attached to your Zoom account, contact Zoom Support. There are a number of reasons why you may receive an email from Zoom, such as an email asking you to confirm your email change, or an email with a time-sensitive verification code to input in the following situations:

Resetting your password (forgot password)
Having a suspicious log in (for example, logging in from an unknown or not often used location, browser, or device)
Reporting an issue to Zoom Trust & Safety, such as a compromised Zoom account
If you do have access to the email inbox, but you’re not receiving the email, learn more about troubleshooting issues related to not receiving emails from Zoom.
