Does IPAD 10th Gen work with Virtual Receptionist (KIOSK)

When paring from Zoom, I get an error code 6321, this device doesn't support this feature.  The IPAD is running on OS version 16.4.1.

      We are also now having this issue with our new ipad 10.2 9th Gen. We had a Mini and upgraded to a new and larger ipad. I didnt see any requirements of size of Ipad, but now we have no Reception Ipad. This is important to us and I would love to see some feedback from Zoom as to why this is not working. We are using JAMF for MDM but removed the Auto-lock policy. Is it possible there is another policy cause this issue?
