Dashboard doesn't show on-premise live meeting

Hi,

I am administrator of our company account. For the last time I can't see live meetings in dashboard. Also some past meetings unavailable for review meeting stats.

All our meetings are placed on-premise. Usually participants use enterprise proxy for access to zoom.us and direct access to Meeting connector server.

Have anybody problems with dashboard and on-premise servers?

    After reviewing the logs, I found that our meeting connector had an invalid security token.

    on_write_data, ptr = <ErrorResponse xmlns="http://monitoring.amazonaws.com/doc/2010-08-01/">
    <Error>
    <Type>Sender</Type>
    <Code>InvalidClientTokenId</Code>
    <Message>The security token included in the request is invalid.</Message>
    </Error>
    <RequestId>*GUID*</RequestId>
    </ErrorResponse>

    Where I can refresh the token?

    Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    In the navigation panel, click Dashboard.
    At the top of the Dashboard screen, click Meetings.
    Search for the desired live meeting.
    Select the Meeting ID number of the meeting.
    Click Join Live as Assistant.

    Hope this helps you.
