Converting meeting recording window stays on top

There's something Zoom does that really bugs me and I don't know if there's a fix. When I record a video to my computer, there's a box that shows the progress of the video conversion. But that box stays on top and blocks everything I'm working on. Is there a way to get it to appear in the back or something?

 

I'm using a 2022 iMac with the latest OS.

      Very annoying UX that makes no sense.

          Bump. Please fix this Zoom. It's obnoxious to force the converting window to stay on top of everything else.

            Still nothing, huh?  Totally agree with @aslva2a0em: obnoxious is the word.  And no-one at Zoom seems to care about it
