hello, I have 30 GB of cloud recordings, 5 GB are available, and if I do not pay for additional space, what will happen to the recordings?

@daymon33
If you are under your storage allotment nothing will happen to your recordings. You can see your current storage with respect to your allotment in the recording management page and cloud recording report. See https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/7627873724685-Managing-cloud-recording-usage-limits for details.

If you exceed your storage limits nothing will happen to your current recordings. You will still have full access to download, watch, share current cloud recordings. You will be prevented from creating additional cloud recordings until you get below your allotment.
