Can't share screen

When I try to share my screen on Zoom I get a banner message indicating 'Please restart screen sharing as it has stopped unexpectedly'. My attendee will either see a black screen with 'X is trying to share their screen'  or they will only see the first image I show and I can't click to another picture within a deck. I contacted my organization's tech support and they reinstalled the Zoom app so it's the most up to date version. My internet speed was also assessed and it was functioning at a good speed. All my Zoom settings were reviewed by my tech support and everything looked right.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi @shancharyk, welcome to the Zoom community!

     

    Can you try the following solution and let me know if it helps?

     

    1. Go to system preferences.
    2. Select 'Security and Privacy'
    3. Select the Privacy tab at the top.
    4. Click the lock icon in the bottom left to allow changes. Put in your password as needed.
    5. Scroll down to ‘Screen Recording’ in the left-hand pane.
    6. Enable the check box for ‘Zoom.us’ in Preferences.
