CLOUD RECORDING LOST

Yesterday I conducted a zoom meeting which I recorded to the cloud on my account using my windows laptop. 

 

I have done this plenty of times successfully.

 

Yesterday's recording has not shown up in the cloud, nor did I get an email confirming that it was processed.

 

I started a chat with support who said they could see there was a recording made on this date, but they have not responded for nearly 24 hours.

 

PLEASE HELP URGENTLY I need this recording.

The same thing happened to me last night and I can’t get through to anyone on zoom to help find it.

Help, I just had the same issue.  I recorded meeting and it didn't convert.  😞

No and I didn’t hear anything from tech support.
