Billing problem

Hello, I payed for the pro plan monthly but when I go to my account it says that I still have the basic plan. When I create a meeting  for more than 2 persons, it lasts just 40 minutes (like the basic plan). I have received my invoice email saying that I payed but it doesn't seem like it applied to my account.

У меня такая же проблема .Написала  и никто не отвечает .

Hey @Mercedes1 after purchasing a license you will need to assign the license. For further assistance please contact our billing team directly 👉 https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 as they can better assist you on this and do not monitor the community.
