Automated captions option not available

We are looking to activate automated captions, but the option does not appear in any of the settings pages. User, Group, or Account level. Only manual captions appear as settings. We have already looked at the support article, Enabling automated captions – Zoom Support, and already meet the only prerequisite.

    hi shawn4,

     

    at the account level,

    account management->account settings->meeting tab->in meeting (advanced)->automated captions->enable.

    please see attached screen shot.

    Hi Eliot,

     

    As I explained in my post and showed in the screenshot. This option is not available on my settings pages. I only have options for manual captions. Please see below image.

    I have exactly the same issue. trying to chat with agent. agent is taking forever.  the automated caption switch is not on ours as well.

    Hello,

     

    Some HIPAA-security enabled accounts do not have access to automated captions.

     

    No idea if this applies to any of you.
