Whenever I test audio before the meeting my the Audio driver gets missing! I will have to restart my laptop to get this working! It looks like there is a bug in the latest version Zoom! Any help would be really appreciated! Is there any way to see the logs?
1) I have updated all drivers on laptop
2)My laptop also has the latest windows updates
My Laptop : Dell XPS 15 9520
Windows 10 Pro Build 19044

Hi @Mike782014 when Testing audio before Zoom Meetings do you hear a tone from your speaker (output) whether it be external speakers, headphones, etc.? The same for testing your microphone, you should 'test mic' and will be able to hear yourself as the feedback. This can be found within your Zoom client settings > Audio, however, if all else fails when testing suggest uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling.
