Audio Cracking

Hey guys, when i share screen along with computer sound & share only computer audio, the audio heard on the participants end is not clear at all and is cracking, though for me it is fine. Any ideas how to solve this issue?

    We are having the exact same issue. It just started this week and i have tried literally everything I can think of.

    Going back to older version works (like 5.6.6). You can use this link (not hosted by zoom so not official) https://zoom-us-zoom.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions).


    But also, if you have 64-bit machine, use the 64-bit download, not the 32-bit. That also corrects the problem for me.
