Are recordings in the same format for playback in the USA and Europe?

Physiacal videos in the USA are made in the NTSC format, and in Europe in PAL.

But with Zoom recordings, is a recording playable in both continents without adjustment or transfer etc? (Example, a recording of Zoom is made in Europe. Can it be sent to USA for playback with equal quality?)

Yes, recordings in Zoom are generally in the same format for playback in both the USA and Europe. Zoom uses standard video and audio codecs to encode recordings, making them compatible with various playback devices and software across different regions.

The recorded files in Zoom are typically saved in MP4 format, which is a widely supported video format that can be played back on most devices and operating systems. MP4 is a universal format that is compatible with both Windows and Mac systems, making it accessible to users in the USA and Europe, as well as other regions worldwide.

Thank you for your response. That helps very much. I’ll carry on with the recording in the Uk and it should display fine then, in the USA.
