About video quality

during last month my video streaming quality in zoom is decreases incredibly. I tried to do everything that I can do from my side. I bought a new computer, new internet connection but still it is not fixed. usually my video stream quality was 720p but now it has decreases to 360p. please fix that soon.

    Hi @methushan 

     

    Are you on a Paid or Free account?

     

    Were you getting 720p on your own meetings that you host, or were you seeing 720 on meetings that someone else was hosting?

     

    And how many people are in your Meetings? Unless you have a Paid account, Free meetings with 3 or more participants will not get 720p. 

     

    If you have a Free account and only two participants, have you recently added any Zoom apps? Those can sometimes count as a Participant in your meeting.

      I have same problem last week. All my conferences recorded as 360p. But early (last 2 years) my records were 720p. How I can fix the problem? it's very important for my work
