A user have not recieve any confirmation mail (Sign Up Account)

Hi all

     I tried to Sign up account zoom for my user but at verification step this email cannot get confirmation mail. I tried many time.

     So I already checked that other account can get confirmation mail from zoom normally.
     Account that have a problem can receive other mails normally

Please help Thank you
