Hi I logged out of my zoom account and I cannot log back in. I keep getting the 5003 error. I have restarted my computer and checked my internet and firewall. I need zoom to work for my online classes, but I cannot get logged in 😞 If anyone has any suggestions or can help pleasee!!

    Hi @atika1, welcome to the Zoom community! Per this article, I'd recommend un-installing and re-installing the Zoom application. If that doesn't work, make sure to check that you are using the most updated version of Zoom. Hope this helps 🙂
