画像が固まる

2人でzoom会議をするときに、相手の画像が固まってしまいます。
相手には私の顔は普通に動いて見えるそうです。
音声は問題なく聞こえます。

何が問題なのかわかりません。

I realize it has been a bit since you posted this question and I apologize for not having gotten to you sooner.

If you are still experiencing this issue please make sure to update Zoom to the latest version. Click your Profile on your Zoom app then try to locate "Check for updates" this will update automatically to the newest version no need to uninstall the Zoom app.
