unable to synchronise Google Drive with Zoom through the app

Hello there, 

I have set up Drive app for my company's users. As I am experimenting the integration, I don't seem to be able to log in my drive account to finish the integration, neither on the desktop, mobile or tablet. 

 

I stay stuck here and can't go any further. Is this app truly working?

    Hey @Lisa1Fras first, I would Update Zoom to the latest version, if available.

     

    Secondly, I would suggest going through the removal of the Google Drive App from the KB on Using the Google Drive for Team Chat App

     

    Suggest doing the following from the article: 

    1. Disconnect the Team Chat App to your Google Workspace Account 

    2. Remove the Google Drive App 

    3. Re-install from the Zoom App Marketplace, and go through the process 'Allowing shared permissions' and 'Allow'.

     

    4. Re-connect the Team Chat App to your Google Workspace Account. Team Chat --> Apps 

     

    5. Go through the process of connecting and sign-in.

    6. Once signed in you should be able to use the Google Drive app!
