@Crescere_staff  I am not familiar with that error.  Can you possibly send a screen shot?

I had the same problem and I solved by creating a cronjob in my server

    Hi @Galvig ,

Just to clarify, this isn't the Moodle LTI integration created by Zoom; it's the Moodle Plugin for Zoom developed by Moodle. Have you tried exploring @medreseti93 's solution above?

Can you still create meetings through the plugin, or are all functions impacted by this issue? If it's only session reports that are affected, the problem may be related to the reporting API scope. I’d recommend checking with the admin who configured the integration and verify scopes for the app in Zoom's marketplace

If all functions are impacted, it might be necessary to update the integration to use OAuth, as Zoom has phased out JWT for authentication. In that case, the admin could try rebuilding the integration by creating a new OAuth app in the Zoom Marketplace and generating the new OAuth credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) for the plugin configuration. I am not sure if the plugin supports OAuth - You may need to ask Moodle this, if they don't, they would need to update the plugin settings to reflect this change.
