How to set up my Streamline Mic so I can use it

I recently bought Signia Streamline Mic to enable me to listen to things on my computer via my hearing aids.   It works perfectly with various  podcasts, You Tube etc, but I can't get it to work with zoom.   I have been told I need to go to settings>audio and select "streamline mic".   But when I look at my settings I can't see anything for "audio", only for "audio conferencing" - and the options there have nothing to do with steamline mic.
