Can anyone help me to locate my cloud recording for yesterday's webinar? This is the very first time in over 2 years that I've had trouble locating a recording? Please help...SOS...
I am not able to locate a recording of a webinar I hosted yesterday, over 24 hours ago. This is unusual occurrence. I attempted to get support via telephone, but I was told that my account is not supported by phone support. I have a professional account, but I did not include my telephone number in my profile. It seems I need much support here:
1) I designated a co-host before pressing the recording button to store in the cloud.
2) Recordings of other meetings show up immediately; this one did not.
3) I pay US$ for a professional account; yet I am told my account is not supported by Zoom telephone support.
4) I did not include my telephone number in my profile which could be why they weren't able to identify my account status by phone.
