Particpants could not join a meeting from the lobby in a zoom event

Hi there, 

 

I ran a zoom event this morning and my participants made it to the lobby but they could not enter the event. The 3 speakers managed to get in but none of the participants could join. 

 

Did I do something wrong in the setup

    When you say they can’t “enter the event”, do you mean they could not join a session that was started?

     

    The Zoom Events platform can be complex. I’ll send you a PM and offer to assist by looking at your Event’s setup.
