Hub Deactivated avec Migration / Impossible to create a new event (Help Please!)

Hi Community,

 

I need your help, I am stuck, and I received no help from the support who didn't come back to me until now.

 

I am a licensed pro+zoom event user, and I connected on my Zoom Event to create a new event for early next week, I received a request of migration for my hub which I did. The page of the migration kept turning for a very long time without any other actions. After one hour I went back to my zoom event, my hub is not showing "inactive" or "deactivated" I have no way to create a new hub and when I try to create a new event I am stuck as they are automatically associated with my old deactivated hub and can't be published.

 

I am totally stuck and can't use a product I am paying for.
