DIsabled Chat in webinar mode

My webinar attendees find that chat is disabled when they try to use. I have changed all the settings to restore 3 times as per Zoom guidelines but it is still disabled. I have also changed the setting so that I will be alerted when attendees join the webinar but this is not working either.


What else can I do now?

    Hello,

     

    These are the possibilities in a webinar related to chat for the role of attendee:

     

    • Attendees Can Chat With:
      • No one: Attendees can't chat with anyone. 
      • Hosts and panelists: Attendees can only chat with hosts and panelists.
    • Everyone: Attendees can chat with everyone in the webinar, including other attendees
