Hi - I have bought a new imac running MAC OS Big Sur 11.5.1 and I am trying to record a Powerpoint slide lecture on Zoom for a client but it keep skipping slides on the recording. I have tried it 3 times now - I have switched off everything else I have switched the computer off and on again I have uploaded the lates version of Zoom but it still skipping slides on the recording. I have cheques my wi-fi speed which is at 37mbps. It all used to work fine on my old imac which I still have but want it to work on my new one. I bought an updated version of Powerpoint Microsoft for Macs . This is the first time I have tried to record a Zoom lecture on it. Can you help? Many thanks Catherine Wallace

Hello, when you say skip slides, are you saying that the shared content (slide) doesnt match the time stamp of your presentation audio or video? Does it skip on its own while you are recording or only when playing back the recording?
