"You cannot review recording" error

An instructor shared a link to a zoom class recording via Canvas, but when I follow the link I get the message:

You cannot view this recording.

No permission.

It doesn't even offer a place to input the passcode she provided. Any ideas?

It is likely that your instructor may have made the link private, which results in the message that you do not have permission to view it.
