participants' screen disappear

Hi. 

I use zoom for college class.

This kind of experience never happened before in other zoom classes.

Whenever I share my powerpoint screen, the participants' screen disappear.

When a student joined zoom, video panel pop out and disappear immediately.

I check the meeting control - "show video panel" but still nothing solved. 

Is it error? Should I reinstall Zoom?
