Zoom name not showing Chat

We have students using Chromebooks to join teachers' Zoom meetings.  The teacher sees the names of the students under their videos, but when the students post to the chat, their name doesn't show up.  If they are using a personal device other than a Chromebook, it operates as it's supposed to.

      @Steventogesen @kpetro @dlplyler, thank you for bringing this to the Zoom Community. Our engineering team is investigating this right now. We've had similar reports, so we apologize for the inconvenience. 

       

      If you aren't already, I would recommend using the PWA app because Zoom is no longer supporting the old Chrome app. This will ensure you're getting the latest features and releases when using Zoom on a Chromebook.
