My son is attending classes through Zoom. From past may days he is not able to attend the classes as Zoom logs him out the moment he joins the class. Whether the email id through which we are signing into Zoom needs to registered by Admin of the School on Zoom portal. Pls help.

Most schools that use Zoom will provide a Zoom account that should be used to attend classes and students will need to use that account not a personal one.
