Zoom Will Not Allow Me In

Our Professor put a lecture video on Zoom he gave us the passcode but this zoom will not take it. So I tried logging in with my University log in and it won't take that. Can someone tell me why this zoom does not work properly? 

 

How can I obtain the lecture videos even when the log in does not work?

I am sorry you are experiencing this. Please check with your professor to confirm the link and passcode. You do not need an account to join a session. If this still happens, log into your Zoom account, and submit a ticket for support.
