Zoom 40-minute time limit

Dear Sir,

 

I am a secondary school teacher from Hong Kong. Based on the announcement, Zoom will continue to lift the 40-minute time limit on existing accounts through June 30, 2022, for the education account. However, part of my colleges is still having a 40-minute time limit. Might you help us find the answer?

the issue could be that those individuals created a zoom account on their own and are not apart of the university account. the admin of the zoom account can do a user search and if those individuals are not in the user list they could add them. those individuals will receive an email to join the university account. This benefit only applies to existing education accounts that already had the 40 min limitation lifted.
