Where is virtual background options?

Please see the attached screen shots.  I have tried to follow the directions and it is on in the account settings to allow for virtual background.   I am running on a chromebook as a teacher with a school.  Please advise.

Hello,

 

Unfortunately, I don't think that virtual backgrounds work on a Chromebook.
