On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I have an account but want to upgrade to use simulive.
I must upload a video from my PC to zoom in order to test simulive
I know that I need permission to upload a video to my zoom account
Who can I get permission from to upload a video from my PC to my zoom account so I can test simulive before upgrading to simulive
Thanks,

Hi @dealertrainer,
Good day.
As far as permissions are concerned, you have to reach-out to your organization's Zoom Administrator so they can grant you access to features in Zoom.
However, to my knowledge, you cannot directly upload a locally saved recording to Zoom for use in a simulive webinar. Zoom Simulive only works with recordings that are already stored in your Zoom cloud recordings. Here's a support article for your reference.
Thank you.
